Cassie Klein

Cassie has been an environmental educator for over 13 years and has a passion for both teaching and protecting the planet.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Behavior Training and Enrichment from Delaware Valley University and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability and Behavior Change from UC San Diego.

She is a study circle and leadership camp graduate of the Nation Network for Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation (NNOCCI), as well as a member of the Governing Council.

 

Cassie’s dedication to wildlife and learning has led her to volunteer with organizations like APE Malaysia, a wildlife welfare group that works to improve the quality of life of animals both in human care and in the wild, and participate in professional courses like the Endangered Species Recovery course at Durrell Wildlife Conservation Academy in Jersey, UK.

 

Formerly the Lead Education Specialist and Camp Coordinator at the Palm Beach Zoo, Cassie us currently based in West Palm Beach, Florida with her two rescued cats.
